***Important message regarding our SCHOOL AGED programs only**** Parents and Guardians, The program was recently informed by the New York State Education Department that instructional lunch periods no longer count towards the minimum instructional time required by the state. As a result, the program is required to lengthen the school day, which is currently 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, to six hours daily for both of our school-aged campuses. Effective July 5, 2023, the new school day for all school-aged students will be 8:45 AM to 2:45 PM. The program will communicate this change to your child’s school district for the upcoming school year. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have about the change. As always, thank you for entrusting your child to The Westchester School.
