The WSSC 2019-20 school calendar has been readjusted. Our last day of school, and of our Distance Learning Plan, will be June 9, 2020. Our summer school dates are Wednesday, July 1 through Tuesday, August 11. Our Distance Learning Plan will be back in effect during this period. Be well and stay safe!
Good afternoon. Today the Governor ruled that schools WILL NOT reopen for summer. The WSSC will continue with its Distance Learning Plan through the summer session. More specific information will follow in the coming weeks.

Good afternoon. The Governor just extended New York Pause through the end of this school year. The Westchester School Distance Learning Plan will remain in effect through Thursday 06/18/2020.

The Governor just extended New York Pause to May 15. The Westchester School will re-open on Monday May 18, 2020. Our Distance learning plan will remain in effect until we re-open.

Individuals with ASD are uniquely impacted by the many changes that have come with the emergence of COVID-19. This webinar will focus on practical tips for parents in supporting children with ASD during this time. We will discuss strategies for designing and implementing new routines, ways to approach explaining changes in daily life due to COVID, and how to maintain social skills virtually. We will also share resources specific to individuals with ASD.
